Cardiac Rehabilition Renovation Underway

Thanks to the generosity of dozens of our donors, we raised $130,000 to replace all equipment and fully remodel our cardiac rehabilitation center! Cardiac rehab is critical in facilitating the healing of mind, body and soul after a patient suffers a serious cardiac episode.

According to the American Heart Association, following a diagnosis of heart attack or heart failure, or after a procedure such as an angioplasty or heart surgery, participating in cardiac rehab is one of the best things a patient can do for their heart. It helps the patient regain control of their health and life by becoming active as quickly as it is medically safe to do so.

The St. Mary’s Cardiac Rehab Program is a medically supervised program that is designed to improve a patient’s over-all cardiovascular health. Patients receive safe, non-invasive natural evidence based treatments designed to regain individual strength and endurance. A clinically supervised program with personalized care, the program helps patients recover quickly and optimize their overall physical and mental health. The St. Mary’s Cardiac Rehab Program was founded almost 30 years ago and serves approximately 800 patients annually. The program staff are committed to providing an excellent experience and care for each patient.
